If you have been in the Morelo stand at Dusseldorf Caravan Salon 2018, you would have certainly noticed the traffic. Supposedly, they have sold more than 100 motorhomes during this show alone, that’s a sales performance of 15 vehicles per day!
Their initial delivery date proposal for our particular order was June/July of following year (13 months lead time), however we have managed to negotiate end of May delivery. Indeed, they were no delays in production and our motorhome was ready for delivery even earlier than promised.
On the 15th of May, we have received an email from Morelo confirming that our order was ready for pick up, also asking to settle final payment before handover. At this time of year, we were abroad and unable to take delivery of the vehicle. We thus informed Morelo that we would be picking up our motorhome soon and that the balance would be settled beforehand.
We had also asked for some pictures of the motorhome to double check color/material/layout choices. Pictures were taken by the sales rep and sent to us.
Come June, due to our busy schedule, we were still unable to travel to Germany. The factory said they could no longer wait without being paid out, but they offered free storage until our pick up. We paid the balance immediately and left our motorhome at their safe hands.
